What is the difference between the Original Luxury Collection (LJ100) and the Classic Shawl Collection (LJ300)?

The LJ100 Original Luxury robe has three pockets: two large lower patch pockets and a welt pocket on the upper left chest.

The LJ300 Classic Shawl has two pockets located within the side seams: there are no visible pockets, giving it a sleek appearance.

 

What is my robe size? Are there separate sizes for men and women?

Our sizes are uni-sex, from extra small to 5XL for both men and women. Please refer to our sizing chart located on each product page to find the fit that right for you. Please contact us for pricing information on plus size robes in sizes 3XL-5XL.

What is Micromattique microfiber?

Micromattique microfibers are ultra fine, lightweight and woven together create depth and body. The filaments are half the diameter of a strand of silk and one hundred times finer than the human hair! Because microfibers are so fine, many fibers can be tightly packed together, making deeper, richer and brighter colors. Silky and lightweight, it has a luxurious drape allowing the fabric to flow freely, and still possess body.

 

What are the washing instructions?

All Robeworks robes are machine washable. Wash in cold cycle using mild detergent and dry on Permanent Press. Remove promptly. We highly suggest removing belts from their carriers before laundering.

 

What order do I put initials in for monogramming?

Please refer to our personalization page for instructions. Initials will be monogrammed in the order they are entered.

 

Where is my order? When can I expect my order?

Your robe is made custom for you and specifically produced for each and every order.  Generally production time takes between 4-6 weeks, which does not include transit time.

 

Can I get my robes gift wrapped?

 No, we do apologize that the gift wrapping option is currently not available. Please check back with us later.

 

Can I include a note or gift card?

Yes, you can type in any message you'd like to include with your shipment in the comment box at checkout. We'll print your note on a gift card that will be included with your shipment.

 

Can my order ship express/overnight?

We typically ship via UPS Ground.  Express shipment is available once the product is ready to ship.  If you are interested please contact us at 888.772.7623

 

What is the Return Policy?

All returns and exchanges must receive prior approval by claims department. Do not return any product(s) without first contacting customer service 888.772.7623.   All embroidered merchandise(s) are final sales, no exchanges or refunds. All returned merchandise(s) must be unworn and unlaundered. All claims and returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt.  Claims made after seven (7) days will be void. All exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.  For your security, please return your merchandise(s) with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS Parcel). Victoire, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit
