Our sizes are uni-sex,

What is
microfiber?
Our own exclusive microfiber is ultra fine, lightweight and densely woven
together to create depth and body. The filaments
are half the diameter of a strand of silk and one hundred times finer than the
human hair. Because microfibers are so fine, many fibers can be tightly packed
together, making deeper, richer and brighter colors. Silky and lightweight, it
has a luxurious drape allowing the fabric to flow freely, and still possess
body.
What are the washing
instructions?
All Robeworks robes
are machine washable. Wash in cold cycle using mild detergent and dry on
Permanent Press. Remove promptly. We highly suggest removing belts from their
carriers before laundering.
What order do I put
initials in for monogramming?
Please refer to our personalization pagefor
instructions. Because personalized items are not returnable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. Initials are monogrammed in the order that they are entered.
Where is my order?
When can I expect my order?
Your robe is made
custom for you and specifically produced for each and every order. Production time normally takes between 4-6
weeks, which does not include transit time.
Can I get my robes
gift wrapped?
Yes, our robes are attractively packaged, wrapped with a decorative ribbon tie and Robeworks' signature gold seal.
Can I include a note
or gift card?
Yes, you can type in
any message that you'd like to include with your shipment in the comment box at
checkout. A gift card with a handwritten note will be included with your
shipment.
Can my order ship
express/overnight?
We typically ship via
UPS Ground. Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Express shipment is

Global Shipping
We ship worldwide. With all international orders,
including Canada, customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes
on the items purchased. These local fees are not included in your
Robeworks invoice.
Duty
& Tax Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined
based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods
being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable
duty, tariffs and taxes vary and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is the Return
Policy?
All returns and
exchanges must receive prior approval by claims department. Do not return any
product(s) without first contacting customer service 888.772.7623. All embroidered merchandise(s) are final sales, no exchanges or refunds. All
returned merchandise(s) must be unworn and unlaundered. All claims and returns
must be made within seven (7) days of receipt. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Claims made after seven
(7) days will be void. All exchanges are subject to additional shipping
charges. For your security, please return your merchandise(s) with an
insured courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS Parcel). Victoire, LLC is not
responsible for items damaged or lost in transit
