What is the corresponding age range for the C101 Child's Cover Up?
Our own exclusive microfiber is ultra fine, lightweight and densely woven together to create depth and body. The filaments are half the diameter of a strand of silk and one hundred times finer than the human hair. Because microfibers are so fine, many fibers can be tightly packed together, making deeper, richer and brighter colors. Silky and lightweight, it has a luxurious drape allowing the fabric to flow freely and still possess body.
What are the washing instructions?
All Robeworks robes are machine washable. Wash in cold cycle using mild detergent and dry on Permanent Press. Remove promptly. We suggest removing belts from their carriers before laundering.
What order do I put initials in for monogramming?
Please refer to our personalization page for instructions. Because personalized items are not returnable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. Initials are monogrammed in the order that they are entered.
Where is my order? When can I expect my order?
Your bathrobe is custom made for you in the USA and produced especially for each order. Production time on our made to order robes is approximately 4-6 weeks not including transit time.
Can I get my robes gift wrapped?

Can I include a note or gift card?
Yes, you can provide a message that you'd like included in the Order Comment box at checkout. A gift card with a handwritten note will be included with your shipment.
Can my order ship express/overnight?
We ship via UPS Ground. Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Express shipment is available when the product is ready to ship, please contact us at 888 772-7623.
Robeworks offers worldwide shipping. Please contact Customer Service, 888 772-7623, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, PT for additional shipping options. With all international orders, including Canada, customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes on the items purchased. These local fees are not included in your Robeworks invoice.
What is the Return Policy?
All returns and exchanges must receive prior approval by Customer Service. Do not return any product(s) without first contacting Customer Service 888 772-7623. All embroidered merchandise(s) are final sales, no exchanges or refunds. All returned merchandise(s) must be in original saleable condition, un-worn, un-laundered, fragrance and smoke free. Upon receipt of returned goods, Robeworks reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. All claims and returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Claims made after seven (7) days will be void. All exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges. For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS Priority). Victoire, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
