International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  We ship to almost all countries. To be sure, please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. With International orders, including Canada, the customer is responsible to pay for custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and these local fees are not included in your Robeworks invoice.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. All orders are custom made and generally ship within four to six weeks of receipt. Personalized items may take a few extra business days. Sometimes the demand for our robes exceeds our in-stock supply, in which case we will create your robe for you, which is why some robes may take a few weeks to ship. All robes made at our home office in the USA. If you need the robe for a gift, please try to order as early as possible, and notify us if you need expedited processing.
What is the return policy?
 

We truly believe that we sell the world’s finest robes. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to refund your purchase, minus shipping and handling costs.

RETURNS

All non-embroidered products may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition – unworn and unwashed. Items personalized with embroidery cannot be returned. Returns will be refunded via the original payment method within approximately 30 business days, minus shipping and handling costs.

EXCHANGES

Non-embroidered products may be exchanged for another size or color of the same item, assuming it is in stock and available. Please call us at 323.225.0101 or email customerservice@robeworks.com to verify the exchange.

Embroidered items can be exchanged for the same item only if there is a mistake or defect in the embroidery. Please call us at 323.225.0101 prior to sending your robe back, so we can make sure we have the correct embroidery information.

Packages must be shipped pre-paid. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
