you are not satisfied, we will be happy to refund your purchase, minus shipping
and handling costs.
RETURNS
All non-embroidered products may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items
must be in their original condition – unworn and unwashed. Items personalized
with embroidery cannot be returned. Returns will be refunded via the original
payment method within approximately 30 business days, minus shipping and
handling costs.
EXCHANGES
Non-embroidered products may be exchanged for another size or color of the
same item, assuming it is in stock and available. Please call us at

to verify the exchange.
Embroidered items can be exchanged for the same item only if there is a
mistake or defect in the embroidery. Please call us at 323.225.0101 prior to
sending your robe back, so we can make sure we have the correct embroidery
information.
