International Shipping
  Robeworks is pleased to offer our customers worldwide shipping, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please contact Customer Service, 888 772-7623, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, PT for additional shipping options. With all international orders, including Canada, customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes on the items purchased. These local fees are not included in your Robeworks invoice.
Duties:
Customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes vary and are the responsibility of the customer.





Global Shipping
  We ship worldwide. Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During sign up please fill in all of your shipping address details. With all international orders, including Canada, customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes on the items purchased. These local fees are not included in your Robeworks invoice.
What are my payment choices?
  We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. During the checkout process you may choose from these payment options when placing your order. Please note that we will not process your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping choices and their prices. All orders are custom made in the USA and generally ship within four to six weeks of receipt of order. Personalized items will take several extra business days. If you need a robe as a gift please try to order as early as possible and notify us if you need expedited processing.
What is the return policy?
 

We believe that we sell the world’s finest robes. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied we will be happy to refund your purchase, less shipping and handling.

RETURNS

All non-embroidered products may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition – unworn and unwashed. Items personalized with embroidery cannot be returned. Returns will be refunded via the original payment method within approximately 30 business days, less shipping and handling costs.

EXCHANGES

Non-embroidered products may be exchanged for another size or color. Please call us at 888 772-7623 or email customerservice@robeworks.com to verify the exchange.

Embroidered items can be exchanged for the same item only if there is a mistake or defect in the embroidery. Please contact us at 888 772-7623 prior to sending your robe back to re-confirm the correct embroidery information.

Packages must be shipped pre-paid. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
