| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Credits will be applied within 30 business days from the time we receive your item(s). |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card is charged as soon as we receive your order. This way, we know the item can be paid for, due to the custom embroidery we do on a large number of our robes. |
