Proof of purchase, i.e. customer or order number, is preferred for a refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges of any product(s) must receive prior approval from Customer Service, 888 772-7623, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, PT. All returned merchandise(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unlaundered, fragrance free and smoke free. All claims and returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
When returning an item, please include a copy of your packing slip. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only in the original form of payment. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with California law.
For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS Priority). Victoire, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Retain your shipping receipt for your records.
All non-embroidered products may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition unworn, unwashed, smoke free and fragrance free. Items personalized with embroidery cannot be returned. Returns will be refunded via the original payment method within approximately 30 business days, less shipping and handling costs.
Non monogrammed items may be exchanged, unfortunately we cannot exchange monogrammed or personalized items. If you wish to exchange your unworn, unlaundered, fragrance free and smoke free item for a different color or size, please contact Customer Service, 888 772-7623, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, PT. We will ship exchanges to you at our expense within the US. Customers outside the US are responsible for all shipping charges, duty and taxes, including returns and exchanges.
