We offer UPS standard, UPS ground, UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping on all orders.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). 
  • Order cut-off time will be 03:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time

Shipping Delay:

There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including

  • Holiday seasons
  • Errors by the shipping company UPS.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. You cannot exchange custom or pre-ordered pieces for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at customerservice@robeworks.com

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at customerservice@robeworks.com or call us at +1  323-225-0101 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.

Incorrect address

If we return your order because you provided an incorrect address at checkout, you will bear the additional shipping costs.
